Gardening with children provides the perfect combination of skills and tasks to address your child’s development in some surprising ways. Water is a critical part of gardening and, if your child enjoys nothing else, playing with the hose or the water can be a real highlight. Feeling the texture of the soil or the plant leaves or enjoying the visual explosion of the colors, tones and shades can be all so interesting, as is the fragrant smells of the fresh garden Roses.
Working together in your garden with your children is a special time. This is where you and your kids build bonds together and make memories together in the garden you created together, here you have a precious opportunity to teach the value of nurturing.
While your children are learning a lifelong love of growing things, you are learning more about your children, discovering the individual, what they like and do not like so much and how they think, you will discover how capable they really are and help where needed. Your plants can create a beautiful environment for your children, whether they are in a garden, a raised bed or a pot, and you and your children growing Roses together, will enjoy every stage of this process we guarantee. Time kids spend outdoors in nature play has been steadily declining for decades. We believe that children can benefit tremendously from being outside. Nature play in the garden and being active in nature gives your child the chance to explore the natural environment and have pure adventures, this builds physically and mentally healthier children.
The Blissful Benefits of Roses. There is a very good reason we use this saying when we want someone to pause, take a moment and look at the brighter side of things. Roses have many health benefits and therapeutic value.
Roses are invigorating and astringent, revitalizing, regenerative and wound-healing. Rose is used to treat skin and is part of the many remedies often used. Rose extracts contain an anesthetic agent: distilled rose water is used in eye drops to soothe pain due to inflammation. Diluted in plant-based oil, rose oil extract used in topical preparations to help treat acne and light burn wounds, to revive worn skin and to prevent appearance of wrinkles.
From an emotional perspective, rose essential oil is organic and is very effective against anxiety and stress, overwork, exaggerated emotions and temporary depression. It is then used in diffusers or inhaled.
