Rose Edible Products

The Ludwig’s Roses rose jam, vinegar, liqueur and food products were lovingly created and tested by Heike https://heiketaschnerjeske.com/about-heike/ , Ludwig’s eldest daughter.

We use organic rose hips and red, super fragrant rose petals of ‘Mr. Lincoln’, ‘Ecstacy’, ‘Oklahoma’ and ‘Red ‘n Fragrant’ grown on our farm. These roses give the distinct rose taste, fragrance and colour, which naturally occurs by stewing the petals. No preservatives or colourants are added.
