Not Simply Pink
Additional information
With a cluster of this floribunda rose in my hand, I walked about to check the colour against each of the many other deep pink roses. None had such a glow. One hardly finds simply a pink rose – it is a light pink, apricot pink… Dense clusters are on short wiry, stiff stems.
About forty tear-drop shaped petals unfold from the tight, egg shaped buds until they finally reveal more small petals in the centre, intermingled with the golden stamens.
The bush grows into a dense, neat specimen of about hip height, renewing its flowering cluster stems constantly. A worthwhile addition to our Eco-Chic range of roses.
