This is an exemplary shrub rose that grows into an airy, roundish specimen. It reaches head height and grows as wide.
Lax, new shoots continually appear. These then arch with the weight of several large blooms of a prominent pink colour.  They open into a quartered rosette shape and exude a very strong fragrance.
The foliage is of a glossy green and not easily affected by fungus diseases.
This nostalgic look combined with the modern day vigour and disease resistance make for a superlative rose.
