In 2009 Momentum commissioned Ludwig’s Roses to name a special rose that was to embody their savvy corporate expertise and talent. A symbol and accolade of the company’s achievements.

In ‘Momentum’ the rose, we truly do believe that all these attributes did come together. It was a requested that it should be a rose like ‘Satchmo’, a very well known Floribunda in bright orange red.

Since its introduction in 2009 the Italian bred rose has proven its mettle and has become a very well loved garden rose, bringing joy to everyone who plants it.

It is an Eco-chic, fungus disease resistant rose that has a neat, hip high growth habit making it ideal for planting in mass beds as can be seen at very many of the Momentum office parks.

The blooms are of an unfading bright, luminous red that perfectly matches Momentum’s corporate colours. They are borne in large and small clusters all over the bush. They renew themselves in a continuos fashion, providing colour for 9 months of the year.
