Red Rover has a very busy, informal growth habit. It builds itself up from a dense centre into a hip and even chest high bush.  The slightly lax canes rove to all sides displaying its shapely, full petalled, unfading red blooms.  With its healthy leaves as a base, it has a wide use in a garden, is superb in large pots, as border plants along drive ways, shrubberies or large rose beds.
