This Rosa Damascena Jam is made from the petals harvested early mornings to lock in the fragrance. Rosa Damascena flowers only once in spring, and is the world famous rose for its sought after and expensive oil used in french perfumes.
This jam is special and made only in small batches.
We use only the petals, some sugar, lemon and pectin.
Spread on warm buttered bread, freshly backed scones or rose-up your ice cream.
