Description

A shrubby rose that has its origin in ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ may be grown as a free standing shrub with graceful overhanging, flowering branches or trained on pillar or fence and even over 2m high arches. The colouring of semi double blooms is a ‘stormy’ combination of lavender, blue and magenta.
