Born & raised on the rose farm, restaurateur Heike creates each dish and drink with the rose in mind.

You can enjoy leisurely farm breakfasts, delicious country lunches or farm baked cakes. The restaurant proudly serves huge, rose shaped scones with home-made rose petal jam and rose hip marmalade. To add that special touch each dish is garnished with fresh rose petals.

Treat yourself to unique rose specialities such as rose hip chutney bobotie, rose hip quiche and our rose jams & marmalades. Many of our deli specialities are for sale in the restaurant.

Rose products designed & created by Thorns ‘n Things the body and home collection, including rose hand creams, body lotion, linen spray …… and the very popular food range of rose petal jams, syrups, rosehip chutney and more. Thorns ‘n Things also stocks a wide range of vases and other floristry products, cards, cushions, hats to name but a few. The gifts and accessories complement the magnificence that the rose already exudes in the garden.
